Booking & Reservations
How do I book a bike?
Simply visit our Bikes page, select your dates and location, choose your bike, add any accessories you need, and complete the booking form. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. During peak seasons (November to March) and for events, book as early as possible.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes! Contact us at least 24 hours before your pickup time to modify or cancel. Call +971 52 864 7080 or WhatsApp us for quick assistance.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of AED 500 is required at pickup. This can be paid by cash or card and will be fully refunded upon safe return of the bike.
Pricing & Discounts
What are your rental rates?
Rates vary by bike type and rental duration. Prices start from AED 40/day for city bikes. Check our Bikes page for specific pricing on each model.
Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?
Yes! We have amazing discounts for extended rentals:
- Every 5th day FREE - Rent 4 days, get the 5th free!
- 30+ days - Get up to 12% discount on monthly rentals
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards. A 5% processing fee applies to card payments. Online payment will be available soon!
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! All prices shown include the bike rental. Additional costs may apply for delivery (varies by location) and optional accessories (helmets, locks, etc.).
Pickup & Delivery
Where can I pick up my bike?
We have two convenient locations:

Warehouse: Open 8 AM - 10 PM (Mon - Sun)
Perfect for flexible pickup times -
Al Qudra: Open 5 AM - 12 PM (Daily)
4-hour rentals for early morning rides
Do you offer delivery service?
Yes! We deliver bikes anywhere in Dubai - to your hotel, apartment, or any location. Delivery fees vary based on distance. FREE venue delivery for cycling events!
How does the delivery process work?
Simply select "Delivery to Address" when booking and provide your location. We'll bring the bike to you at your preferred time, help you adjust it, and pick it up when you're done.

Are helmets and locks included?
Safety equipment is available as optional accessories during booking. We highly recommend adding helmets for your safety and locks to secure your bike when parked.
Are the bikes well-maintained?
Absolutely! All our bikes are regularly serviced and inspected before each rental. We ensure brakes, gears, tires, and all components are in perfect working condition.
What if I have a problem with the bike during rental?
Contact us immediately at +971 52 864 7080. Our 24/7 support team will assist you or arrange a replacement bike if needed.
Policies & Terms
What documents do I need to rent?
You'll need a valid ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driver's License) and the security deposit. Tourists can use their passport.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. For detailed information, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
What happens if I return the bike late?
Late returns are subject to additional charges based on the daily rate. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental - we're usually flexible!
Am I responsible for damage?
You're responsible for the bike during your rental period. Normal wear and tear is expected, but damage or loss may be deducted from your security deposit. We recommend purchasing damage waiver coverage.
Events & Tours
Do you provide bikes for cycling events?
Yes! We're the official bike rental partner for major Dubai events like Dubai Run, T100 Race, and Al Qudra rides. We deliver bikes FREE to event venues. Visit our Events page for details.
Do you offer guided bike tours?
Yes! We offer various guided tours including Al Qudra tours, city tours, and custom routes. Check our Bike Tours page for available options and pricing.
