1. General Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers have 14 days to return products for a full refund, provided a valid proof of purchase is presented.

  • Items returned after 14 days may qualify for an exchange of equal value or a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Items returned after 30 days, unless part of a warranty claim, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • For Bontrager products, customers have 30 days to return items under the Unconditional Bontrager Guarantee. Standard terms and conditions still apply.

  • No cash refunds will be issued for transactions paid via debit/credit card.

  • Only cash purchases qualify for cash refunds.


2. Return Terms & Conditions

Returns are accepted only for items purchased through Firstridebicycles.com.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items showing visible use or wear

  • Clothing that has been worn or washed

  • Products returned under suspicious circumstances

  • Items not in their original packaging or missing tags

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Nutrition, hygiene items, bib shorts, and similar products

  • Sale or clearance items (e.g., Firstride Fest Sale items)

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in resellable condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Original invoice/receipt must be provided.

  • Packaging and labels must be untampered.

  • If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may return it to the customer.


3. Processing Time

Firstridebicycles.com aims to assist customers as efficiently as possible.

  • Return, exchange, and refund processing typically requires 1–3 business days.


4. Items Exempt From Return or Refund

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Nutrition products

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Bib shorts or similar apparel

  • Custom-made items

  • Registered GPS devices (sports watches, cycling computers)

GPS devices can only be returned if they remain unregistered.


5. Warranty, Technical Checks & Exceptions

  • Items returned within 14 days due to being dead on arrival, non-functional, or not meeting declared specifications may be eligible for an exchange or refund after inspection.

  • Inspections may take up to five business days by our team or the manufacturer’s authorized technician.

  • Bicycles will only be exchanged or refunded based on the official investigation report by the manufacturer or authorized service center.

  • Items with damaged packaging, scratches, or missing components cannot be exchanged or refunded.


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Items missing parts not due to manufacturer issues

(Exact conditions vary and will be evaluated case by case.)


7. Important Instructions

  • Do not return items to the manufacturer.
    Send all returns to Firstridebicycles.com so we can handle the process correctly.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete any return request.
